Erin Snedecor

DC-based cellist, Erin Snedecor specializes in contemporary chamber music, improvisation, songwriting, and collaborative art. She has appeared on three albums with Annapolis indie rock band, Pompeii Graffiti, and performs as half of the indie/folk duo, Black Rhinoceros. This spring, Erin brings her unconventional solo concept, Zooxanthellae to the Listening Room, merging classical, folk, rock, and electronica.

Proclaimed DC’s Queen of the Blues by WPFW Radio, Carly Harvey brings her powerful vocals and engaging stage presence to the Listening Room as our spring Artist in Residence. 2020 Wammie Nominee and two-time Battle of the Blues Band Winner, Carly bridges the gap between traditional blues aficionados and new audiences, presenting beloved standards along with distinctive originals. Carly closes the season with a bang with her high-energy blues ensemble, Kiss and Ride, sharing collaborations developed during her residency.
